Major pain in my neck! please help!?
I woke up at 4 am with my neck and left shoulder muscle hurting like crazy if i move. My head is stuck stretched out to the right because i feel unbearable pain if i even turn my head to the left a little. ive put heat on it, took ibuprofen and tried a vibrating massager on it lightly and it still hurts very very bad! Please help! What can/should i do? thanks.
its been 5 hours and ive seen no improvement.
